Tracking the Pat Sajak Assissans at Music Creek couldn’t have gone any better. Mark was an awesome engineer to work with and he was the right guy for the job. He’s gotta awesome set up at Music Creek. I’m super jealous of all his gear.
The band also did an amazing job. We track 10 songs live over a weekend with numerous instrument changes and the guys (and gals) never missed a beat. We had a lot to accomplish in short amount of time and they knock everything out like professionals.
The Pat Sajak Assissans and Shine Studio are planning to finish up the remaining tracking at Shine Studio in July. Mixing will probably start in August. It’s going to be a great record. Great song structure, interesting instrument arrangements and tons of texture and layers.
